New: Wiki - The Core of Communify’s Knowledge Capture System
Wiki is the core of our knowledge capture system, combining passive capture and active moderation to create a library of the most valuable content on your platform, which can be found in one centralised and easily searchable location.
And the best part? This is just the beginning. We’re already integrating this passive knowledge capture into other post modes, and adding more ways to manage the content that ends up in your Wiki. We’ll have more on this system in our video series, stay tuned!
New: Previously Answered Prompt
Nobody wants to answer the same question over and over again, so we show people as they’re asking a question examples of similar questions that have been previously answered. They can also jump straight to that thread from here to thank the answer-er(?), ask a follow up a question, or return to the question they were asking without losing anything they had previously typed.
For real, this mechanic is excellent. What’s that? You want to try it out?
